  6. Activity content:

  1. Regular speed running for men and women: 3km for women and 5km for men.

  In the first 3km, men and women ran together in two teams with equal numbers. After the start of 20m, the two people at the end of the team ran to the leader of the team, and the process was repeated every 20m. The speed of the process was even and the team was neat. Purpose: First, feel as the first to see beautiful scenery that others can’t see, and stimulate fighting spirit; second, understand that as a team leader, you need a sense of responsibility to lead the team; second, to prevent boredom and fatigue when running Feeling, have a concept of running distance, about a cycle, can complete 3km. (Or 1 team as a whole, with an interval of 1m between each person, and each 10m team runs at the top of the team). In the second 2km, boys can run freely, which can speed up the competition for first place, and girls can challenge themselves voluntarily. After running, walk slowly 200-400m, rest and relax for 10 minutes. The whole process is 45mins.

  (1) Ping Pong Relay Tournament: Normal and Enhanced

  The requirements of the two editions of the competition are the same: 1 referee will be selected first, and the remaining two teams will compete. Each team is divided into two groups. The two groups stand at the two ends of the straight line with an interval of 15-20m to complete the ball relay race. Each team will complete the relay until the last one completes the relay and stop timing. The team with the shortest time will win and win two games in three games. Rules: You can’t press the ball with your hands, glue the ball, or break the ball during running. If the ball falls, return to the starting point and start again.

  The difference between the two versions: the normal version, you only need to stop the ball on the racket during running;

  In the enhanced version, the ball needs to be thrown at the same time during running, and the frequency should not be less than 1 time/2 seconds.

  The winning team receives prizes, and the losing team receives punishment.

  A single version takes 30mins, and both versions take 1h.

  Props: a pair of table tennis rackets, 4 table tennis balls (2 spares). A line of 30m in length (the size and material are not limited, and it is used to assist in drawing straight lines, the smaller and lighter the better, if a piece of chalk is used)

  (2) "Dizzy" straight run + "You say I guess" relay race.

For each pair, send two people with their faces by their faces to clamp a balloon and run from the starting point to the finishing point at a distance of 25m. When they reach the finishing point, they will use their backs to transport the balloon back to the starting point and break it. Then change the other two people to continue. Rules: Except for moving the balloons at the starting and ending points, the balloons should not be touched by hands during running and transportation. If the balloons fall or break or touch the balloons while running, the two of them must start again from the starting point. The team that takes the least time wins.   Props: Several newspapers, 1 roll of tape.

  Connect the newspaper with tape to about 20m long, and finally glue it into a wheel shape. Each team member erects the newspaper, and decides how many people to prop up the wheel according to the diameter of the newspaper wheel. The starting line moves forward 20m, and then returns. It is replaced or completed by all at once. The team that takes the least time wins. The winning team receives prizes, and the losing team receives punishment. Rules of the game: Newspapers are not allowed to break. The game takes about 15-20mins

  Game method: A. Two teams participate in the game at the same time. Each team stands in a tandem with each player’s left hand resting on the previous player’s left shoulder, and right hand placing the previous player’s right leg on his right waist. Stretch your legs back, place the next player on their right waist, and line up one by one. (The left and right legs can be exchanged, the rules are the same)

  B. After hearing the start signal, each team member begins to jump forward with one leg until the end. The player who takes the less time wins.

  Rules of the game: A. No player can touch the ground at the same time with both feet, and the foul shall be suspended for 3 seconds.

  The team that takes the least time wins and wins in three games. The winning team receives prizes, and the losing team receives punishment. The game time is about 30mins.

  Supplement: Add a whistle and a stopwatch to the game props (mobile phones can replace the stopwatch).

  1. Clothing: wear sportswear, shoes suitable for running, no jewelry pendants.

  Notes for running

  1. Preparation before running

  Do some preparatory activities before running to make the body's various system functions quickly enter a state of excitement. Generally, you can do the following preparation activities (if you are too lazy to do it, you can replace it like this: start running at a slow speed for two hundred meters, and then gradually increase the speed.):

  2. Precautions after running

  1. Don't stop and rest immediately after running. After running, the whole body can be moved up and down, and all parts of the body should be slowly relaxed. It is recommended to walk a few hundred meters after running. After the whole body is completely relaxed, do some waist, abdomen, leg and arm activities as much as possible.

  2.
